We also collect information about your use of the Application, such as the orders you place, the drivers you interact with, and the features you use.

• Provide and operate the Application

• Process and deliver your orders
• Connect you with delivery drivers
• Send you notifications about your orders
• Improve the Application and our services

Location Information

City Delivery accesses your location only when you choose a delivery address or when you are a driver tracking deliveries.

For users: We access your location only when you select a delivery address on the map. We do not collect, track, or store your location in the background. Your location data is used only to allow drivers to deliver your orders to the correct location.

For drivers: We access your location to enable you to receive delivery orders and to allow users to track the progress of their deliveries. Location access is required for drivers to use the Application.

We do not collect, track, or store your location data when you are not actively using the Application for order placement or delivery.

How We Share Your Personal Information

We may share your personal information with the following parties:

• Delivery drivers: We share necessary information (such as your name, phone number, and delivery address) with drivers to enable them to complete your deliveries.
• Service providers: We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Application, such as our cloud hosting provider, payment processors, and customer support provider.
• Law enforcement agencies and other government entities: We may share information as required by law or in response to valid legal requests.

Your Choices

You have the following choices regarding your personal information:

• You can access and update your personal information by logging into your account and visiting the Profile/Settings section
• You can manage your notification preferences in the Application settings
